I have used this company for a few months now and have gotten great service. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality pool services.

Just purchased an older home with a pool which hadn't been used in a while. Blue Pools had it looking great within a few days. I would highly recommend them. They were professional and explained how to keep my pool looking great!

Save your money and yourself a headache from a algae full pool and just go with any other quality pool company. This company has been disappointing to work with. They are not reliable and are unresponsive. We pay for full weekly service and our pool has gone completely green twice in the past 2 weeks and their own technician admitted they didn't do their job properly to balance the chemicals when we asked them why it happened. When things need to get fixed, they say they will come out to fix something and then don't show up at all. Recently, they said they would be at our home within 24 hours and then never showed up. It's gotten to the point where we wake up each morning not knowing what our pool will look like and if it does look green or dirty again, we're unsure they will even show up when they say they will. When I call to follow up and ask if they plan on coming to our home...

Very good service, very efficient, I recommend it.

If I could do zero stars I would. My pool continued to turn green over and over while using this company. Finally I had had enough and canceled my service and hired someone else. Within one visit the new cleaners told me the problem was my chlorinator was broken which is why we were having problems. Not once did this company check that or notify me that there was an issue.
Since canceling my service in may I was supposed to receive a full refund. I still have yet to receive my money back. They also do not answer my calls or return voicemails or emails.
