Blue Pools Forever

We have used Blue Pools Forever since they were acquired from Beyond Blue Pools. Our weekly service tech is great (hope you switch to a new company soon, you deserve better!), however management here is awful. We had a leak in our pool which David (manager) was supposed to take the lead on getting scheduled so we could get it tested and repaired. He never called us back after repeated phone calls and voicemails to the office number and talking to whomever answers the phone in their office. When I was finally able to get David on the phone, he said any issues with weekly service was due to the "poor work ethic" of the people he hired, and accused me of calling the wrong phone number when I was trying to reach him. Picture attached for 3 weeks of their service. This place is 100% the worst company I’ve ever experienced. Calling them and leaving them countless messages and they never call back. They always say “David will call you” and David never called us once. We have security cameras and they lied to us claiming “ they came everyday or every other day” treating the pool. Plus I work from home and would know when they come. Our security cameras showed this was a lie and I even asked for all the days they came and they ignored my request. They dug a giant hole and never filled it and my son fell inside it because they don’t care about their client. They said their was a leak but another company said it was just missing a cheap small part and they diagnosed the problem wrong.

They claim we weren’t a customer with a valid bad review but here is their exact quote. Looks like blue pools forever to me!! Eli is the one who came and I have proof of them being on our property on video camera. The new pool company got our pool clean in 2 days by actually checking the chemical levels and not scamming us.

They had 4 weeks to turn our pool and it was still dark green after 4 WEEKS!! They always said they would come and never showed up. They claimed there was a broken pipe and 2 other companies confirmed there wasn’t. They left a huge hole dug out and never filled it back in. They chemical burned the pool, now there are leaf outlines in the bottom. They only used shock instead of actually trying to balance the PH. They claimed they replaced the filter and it was confirmed they didn’t, but charged for it. Awful, dishonest company. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

David figured out our problem that stemmed from the freeze we had last winter. I know it’s been a crazy year for pool repair and parts; we hung in there and I am SO GLAD to have our pool up and running beautifully!
