Blue Pools Forever

Needing a new pool filter assembly I called around to check prices and install times. After calls to several typical pool supply stores I called Sweetwater and spoke to Elija and he offered to bring the new filter to the house and get an installer out that afternoon. This customer service level is very rare and Elija went Above and Beyond with professional service!

I was very unhappy with my prior pool service. The walls were green my spa was dry and generally after 2 years of good service they went downhill big time. I called Blue Pools and Dave answered the phone. After I spoke with him asking numerous questions I felt better. He sent a technician over to my home the next day, diagnosed and fixed everything all very reasonably and quickly. The way he spoke to me and the way I was treated then and anytime I call now is the way all businesses should treat their customers/clients. I have faith again in my new Pool Service company and would recommend them highly without reservation. They do what they say and are very knowledgeable, honest and timely. Thank you so much!!

We have used several pool service providers, however, they have fell short of being responsible for the proper care our pool needed. I reached out to David at Blue Pools Forever and OMG what a difference of service from prior companies we have used. They have been reliable, responsive and very detailed in maintaining our pool needs. If I have a request, they are always willing to meet my needs with a smile. Their price point is very reasonable as well. They have always documented all the pool readings and work completed weekly. If you are thinking of a pool service company......... look no further!!! Hi! I just wanted to say what a great job Jeremy, is doing on our pool. He is always polite, knowledgeable, and hard working. He has shown us how to keep the pool cleaner and what to do if there is a problem. The pool and surrounding area is always sparkling and clean after he leaves. If you are still using wall mounted Aqualink controls it is time to update to a iPhone/Android App that empowers you to turn your Spa on from your restaurant table and have it 102 degrees by the time you get home. It takes less than 2 minutes to learn to use - Pool and Spa control automation at a touch of a button. We just did it and oh my the comfort!!!

Blue Pools delivers 'old school', top service and support at reasonable prices.

We just signed up for their full service package on our pool after being with a different pool company for almost a year. Blue Pools immediately showed us that we were important to them. The service manager David came to our pool that day and we began service right away. BEST DECISION EVER!!
David is absolutely the best! He has turned our green pool back to crystal clear! He is meticulous and it shows in our pool. Thank you to David and team! They are the best in the business! So happy to be their client and so will you!!

This place is obviously a scam!!! Exact same thing happened to me. They claimed they come out every Monday. When I tried to cancel, they sent me text asking me not to. The very next week, they charged my credit card again for a new month. After, they have blocked my calls. I disputed with my credit card company, they refunded the charge. Blue pools waited 70 days and rebilled the charge to my credit card with pictures without a date and time. Now when I call, my number is blocked and no one answers. No one calls back. The pictures below is from the text with manager David. Please avoid this place like the plague. I’m now going to court to get my money back. This is ridiculous.
Added is the receipt with the phone number and address. I DEFINITELY GOT THE RIGHT COMPANY. FLAT OUT CROOKS!!!!

Blue pools forever is a professional service. They provide an excellent weekly service and good advice/suggestions when you have equipment problems. On occasion the phone response may lag a bit because they have been so overwhelmed recently with challenges faced by the owners.
