Blue Hills Recovery

Blue hills recovery if one of the best facilities that I have been to. The staff is incredible!! And They really meet you where you are in your recovery!

Blue Hills has been an amazing experience in helping me with my mental health and sobriety. It was truly a life changing experience.

They entrap people here and it’s all about getting money from insurance. No regard for actually helping clients improve. Hipaa violated all the time.

While giving one star is a requirement, a few group facilitators (Kelly, JR and Raine), deserve a gold star because they make this place bearable.
This place is unfortunately a disorganized disgrace, where the staff don’t have an efficient environment or resources which don’t became them to provide quality care , ultimately causing recovery to be incredibly difficult/near impossible.
Aside from the lack of a conducive environment, a handful of staff are incredibly unprofessional (to be decent, I’ll spare the details here).

The main points to take away form here:

1.) Do not let all these 5 star reviews fool you
2.) If choosing treatment here, seriously proceed incredibly cautiously — there are good things, however a lot unethical behaviors by staff in the environment.

Blue Hills provides evidence-based treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. The staff who work day in and day out with clients go above and beyond to ensure everyone is safe, comfortable, and have all their needs met. The staff separate Blue Hills from other treatment provides.
