This is the second home that I have sold from Black Rock and have had exceptional experiences both times. Look forward to working with them again!

The process was a breeze, the quality is remarkable and the customer service is applaudable! Very detailed! Our inspector raved about the quality of work that was done in the home and said it’s at the top of the list of the most well built homes he has seen! It’s felt like family, they made this purchase very special.

Submitted no contingency cash offer for less than listing price for Black Rock Home. Was not responded to. Waited for offer to expire and submitted no contingency cash offer at full listing price. Was not responded to. After further inquiry to get a response - was told inappropriately and offensively that I am not allowed to purchase any of Black Rock Homes because my first offer was below listing price. Purchasers buying Black Rock Homes owned by Jake Centers please beware of this issue and your rights as a home buyer.

We just bought a home from Blackrock. It is extremely well built and we absolutely love it! They are really easy to work with and go out of their way to help us out with small things even after moving in! Big shoutout to Will especially! Highly, highly recommend Blackrock as a builder!
