Blackrock Homes

I recently purchased a brand new Blackrock home and have been very pleased with everything. I’ve had no warranty work that needed to be done, and the quality is excellent. This is my third brand new home and by far the best quality than the other two.

I started looking for new homes in Meridian Idaho back in Sept/Oct of this year ( this when I had ruled out Orlando and Vegas). Contacted different builders in Meridian to schedule appointments - from the first phone call I had with Angie /Black Rock Representative- there was something that calmed down all my jitters :) she was professional, super sweet and answered all my questions ahead of my travel. Once in Meridian, I checked all other builders and then met Angie in person at the model homes in East Ridge, OH boy, I fell in love with the house, the quality of craftsmanship, all the nice details, and features, everything that I wanted in my new home- Angie made me feel right at home :) after visiting other homes/builders for 2nd &3rd day of my stay, I went back to Black Rock homes and talked to Angie and Will some more.

Absolutely thrilled with our new home! Now in our 11th month since move-in, we still feel like the home is Brand New. From start to finish, the experience with Blackrock has been nothing short of amazing. Every detail in our home reflects the quality and care they put into their work - and the few minor items that have come up during the warranty period have been promptly addressed. The craftsmanship and use of high-quality materials have left us beyond impressed...we love our Blackrock-built home!

Not happy with the way we were treated when buying a house. My partner Clint and I were not treated fairly like other buyers and then we had a discount not honored because a big home was being built behind us. His parents got another loan out to help Clint with another home on the corner (which is still for sale), and they denied him buying it.

Have sent multiple messages to them on issues just seeking information and they don’t reply at all!!!!!!

Love my new home at Skybreak! There is great quality in the building, so spacious and large windows in the Great room and MBR to enjoy the view of the mountains. Thanks so much to Kami Brant, an awesome person to work with, very professional and always cheerful! Thanks to construction supervisor Dave for helping me out and answering questions! This is my second home built by Black Rock and I’m very pleased with my choice.

We love our New Blackrock home. It is absolutely beautiful. So much storage room. The lighting and flooring is gorgeous. We had a party at our new home last night and all our guests were simply amazed how beautiful this house is. Thank you Blackrock homes. We love it here ❤️

My partner and I just bought our first home through blackrock. We could not be more pleased! From the beginning, everyone was extremely kind and easy to work with. Will, did a wonderful job working with us and has continued to check in which is much appreciated. Being new home owners, we were a little nervous as what to expect, however, blackrock made it feel like a breeze. As the home goes, we are more than pleased with the quality and touches. Before moving in a few things I had requested to be adjusted were done immediately with no push back. We felt like we were really set up for success. We fully recommend blackrock and their team!
