I hate Blackrock services, they said they did email me to respond to my call but apparently I could not find the email that they sent, I bought a house from them 2 years back at SE Boise, i wish there are other new home built by other developers than Blackrock Home... I really dislike them, they have an office but not is an empty office

We have recently purchased a home built by Black Rock Homes in Warm Springs Village. We loved the layout, quality of construction and location, but were not expecting the the attention to detail when it came to the walkthrough and willingness to repair even the smallest of issues. Clint’s attention to detail was amazing, arranging touch ups on “issues” that we could barely see and probably never would have seen. After a few months, as is normal in a new home, we found a few other issues as well as a few developed due to weather and some natural settling. Within days of contacting them, they sent someone over to take care of it.
All of this has been done professionally and without the slightest hint that it has been any trouble at all. In fact, they seem happy to help. It has truly been a delightful experience and confirmed we made the right decision with our purchase.

We are currently waiting to close on our new, first home in Verado in Meridian. I have been beyond impressed with Angie and Will - they’ve been responsive and incredibly helpful during the entire process thus far! We can’t wait to move in! The homes are beautiful and I know we’re in good hands with a trusted builder! Thank you!!

I had a wonderful experience with Blackrock Homes and thoroughly enjoying my new home! The finishing work and craftsmanship and great use of space is amazing. Their response time to questions and work requests are great. My experience was made even better by Angie and Matt Dilmore, the realtors in the Verado Subdivision. Angie was always available for questions or to let me into the house. 5 stars for Blackrock Homes!

So excited to be living in "The Village" at Movado. Love the floor plans, clubhouse with the "gym", beautiful rock siding, trees, grass and flowers. The extra time we have with no lawn mowing or trimming is amazing. Wonderful neighbors, helpful staff and lots of smiles.... life is indeed good!
