So excited to be living in "The Village" at Movado. Love the floor plans, clubhouse with the "gym", beautiful rock siding, trees, grass and flowers. We love our high end appliances, the endless storage, and our luxurious master bathroom. We feel like we're on vacation!

My fiancé and I just purchased a home in the East Valley Rim development from Blackrock homes, and couldn’t be happier. As others have mentioned, the finishes in the home not only look wonderful, but are also high quality and functional. It is also clear that close attention is paid to the layouts and design of their homes; although we live in a neighborhood, the home itself feels like a secluded oasis. This year we purchased the three story Rim home. The arrangement of the windows takes full advantage of the daily spectacular view, as well as our large backyard with access to the greenbelt. The selection of interior design, surfaces, appliances, are of excellent quality. The exterior products maintain a modern look while providing lasting high quality. The Blackrock team worked closely with our realtor during the construction phase and final move in date successfully.
