We moved to Boise and started our search for a new home. We looked at new houses in areas all around Boise and when we found the Village at Movado we knew that we had found the perfect place to call home. We loved everything about the Village homes from the exterior design to the well laid out living space. I was impressed with the quality of our new home and the ease of the purchase process. The club house is lovely and it’s a great place for the Movado Village neighbors to come together for fun events.

Blackrock did a first class job for my clients. They purchased a home in Warm Springs Village. BR went above and beyond by accommodating several special requests. I really appreciated that they were willing to work with the buyers on several features that were of high importance to them. What a great team! Kami and Clint and the superintendent were all fantastic. I will recommend Blackrock again to my buyer clients after having such a good experience!

Blackrock homes give an amazing, high quality home for a very reasonable price. I liked having the floor model and colors already decided for me, so I didn't have to spend time and energy choosing every detail. A key selling point to me was the low maintenance philosophy with lawn care included (I don't have to own a lawn mower or worry about mowing when I'm out of town!). Blackrock was very attentive to my needs and provided a thorough home orientation with great info. I'd definitely recommend a Blackrock home to friends and family!

Our new house is awesome! The process went really well and we moved in on the date stated. The quality of the construction is great. Any minor issues not seen during the walk through or inspection have been resolved quickly. We've really appreciated our foreman and have met quite a few contractors that work for Blackrock at the new homes around us. They are professional, courteous, and take pride in their work.

I happened on one of the BlackRock sites on my second day of searching for the house in Boise area. In the next 2 months of the house hunt I visited many other developers' sites. Every two weeks or so I kept coming back to the Verado and always finding the BlackRock homes winning the comparison with others. Finally I pulled the trigger. Many things are subjective, such as style, selection of colors, materials etc. I personally found them to be appealing, modern and very well balanced. Other aspects are less subjective. Attention to detail, superior finish, quality of the materials used throughout the house, ample presence of storage areas, overall design and flow of the house. The Verado is a low 300K community and within this price range the BlackRock simply raises well above the competition.
