I bought my first home in Verado in August. Angie was my realtor and was very awesome and helpful to work with. Black Rock homes is really great. They take care of my yard in the summer (mowing and trimming) and there are many great features inside the house. The neighborhood is in a great location and all of the neighbors are very friendly.
