Love our home, but they are difficult to pin down or get ahold of for warranty work. We had a pending case for 8 months and had to notify them 5 times to get the work done. It finally happened and we are pleased, but wish they would have been more responsive and respectful of the warranty and our time.

Love the townhomes in The BLVD in Harris Ranch. Blackrock Homes builds solid, quality homes with great modern design. Floor plans are designed for today's active life with open living spaces. Feel like I'm living in a magazine quality home!
