We are very pleased with the Blackrock Latigo Place home we purchased in Southeast Boise. Blackrock planned a new community that makes efficient use of the lots and also offers a feeling of “neighborhood”. The cabinets, fixtures and stone walls are simple and elegant. Carpets and wood flooring have contemporary styling and are very easy to maintain . Blackrock’s attention to quality is reflected in their choice of windows and appliances.
