Not easy to find places to charge and very sensitive when battery running low

Big Orange provided the kind of service one would hope to receive from any service provider. My first contact with their office was handled politely & efficiently. The young man that delivered the scooter to my hotel was very polite & he provided thorough instructions. The equipment itself performed flawlessly. Finally, the young man who picked up the scooter was very helpful and polite. I highly recommend Orange & will certainly use their services again.
