Called in the morning and set up a drop off time for later in the afternoon. Maybe an hour later the person delivering called to say he was at the hotel, we were at a character breakfast that's why we set up a later time. He offered to bring it to us now but it would be an additional charge in cash or it would be late before he could come back. We opted to meet him outside magic kingdom and paid him $25 cash which I'm pretty sure went right in his pocket. Why did we make an appointment and is it normal for them to basically say pay now or wait, with no quarantee how long?
