I am so thankful I found Big Orange Mobility, I was in need of a scooter for 1 day while we were in town and the staff at Big Orange Mobility made it super convenient to not only pick up the scooter, but all I had to do was leave it at our hotel and they came and picked it up. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

Big Orange Mobility was a vacation-saver for us when my husband was injured while in Florida. They quickly got us a great scooter that allowed him to get back to enjoying the area. The staff were very helpful and responsive!

It was easy to schedule easy to pick up and easy to return. The scooter worked really well for my 70-year-old mother. it lasted for the entire time plus longer for our trip to Disney World.

Excellent customer service. I hurt my foot while on vacation and had to rent a scooter. When my charger stopped working they quickly replaced it. No issues or delays. I was very impressed with the battery life and how comfy the little scooter was. I rented the three wheeler. Its all I needed and it was perfect. It was not too heavy, but a bit clunky to lift. Big Orange Mobility will be my goto from now on when I need a scooter at Disney. Great prices, great scooters and excellent customer service. Thanks!

I rested a scooter for my elderly mom while in Disney for 9 days. Prior to booking I called multiple times asking questions about the product, assembly etc.
Natalie usually answered my calls and she was patient and extremely nice.

On day 7 of our Disney trip while, in Epcot,our scooter malfunctioned as the battery connection got loose. This could have been an absolute nightmare lugging my small children around and elderly mother in 100+ heat HOWEVER with a quick call to Big Orange Mobility, they were so amazing that with-in 1 hour I had a brand new scooter delivered to the EPCOT front gate!! Start to finish this was incredibly easy to book, affordable and extremely convenient. I got a quote and booked online a couple months in advance. They dropped the scooter off, right on schedule, not only to the hotel in general but to my hotel room door. I used the scooter for the Disney parks and it was the biggest helps I didn’t realize I needed. Scooter had a couple of scuffs but otherwise was in very good shape and worked like a charm. I opted for the titan 4 wheel with basket, it had a long battery life (I got about 10 hours every day out of it and still seemed fully charged). I liked that it had a speed dial so I could adjust the pace as needed in the parks and the turning radius was quite impressive. It helped allow me to experience the parks in an enjoyable way for me. My wife and I were planning our visit to Disney World with our son and grandsons. My wife who lost 30% of her lung capacity because of covid was concerened about her ability to keep up with everyone. We decided the best way was to rent a mobility scooter. I went on line and found Big Orange Mobility. We were staying at Westgate Town Center and Big Orange was close by.
