This place was awesome to work with and the scooter worked great. I rented a scooter for three days and It last all day at Universal Studios without having to recharge. Very easy to use and transport in my car. Made my trip so worthwhile. Thank you Big Orange for make my trip to Universal with my grandkids a pleasant experience.

They were so helpful when we had difficulty taking the individual parts apart to put in in the back of the car.

Even though they were closed they rented me a scooter and brought it right out. Their prices are reasonable too.

I was very pleased with the scooter and basket. It would have been nice to receive some sort of notification that it had been delivered and how to return it. "How to" link was shared with me via text (break down & put back together), very helpful! Gotta get it in/out of the car! Team lift required! 💪

They have great prices and delivered and picked up right to my resort. Would advise everyone to use them. Cheaper then the parks and work much better

While on vacation we suddenly found ourselves in need of an electric scooter. We didn’t have the option of renting a scooter from the parks since my husband needed it as soon as he got out of the car, just to get across the parking lot. Big Orange Mobility was just down the road from our condo. I was so relieved, when I called to rent one, that they had the compact scooter we needed. They made pick-up super quick and easy. The small 3 wheeled fit in the back of our CRV and was easy to lift. They even came to the lobby of our condo to pick it up on our checkout day. I highly recommend them!
