Unit dropped off did not match the equipment number I was given and the the rear basket that was ordered was missing indicating there is very poor communication between the people taking the orders and those fulfilling the orders. I contacted the number and left messages but no one returned my call. Did not have the use of the scooter for the first day due to the miscommunication given by the phone rep and the missing equipment that was ordered. This cost me more as I had to rent a scooter at Disney. On returning the equipment, I left the key at the front desk of the resort with instructions and the key was labeled with the number on the scooter and my name. The driver picking up the scooter called me saying they could not locate the key indicating they did not even check with the front desk.
