Big orange mobility staff was amazing. They answered the phone quickly no being in hold or call backs. They brought the cart to our resort quickly, there service is the bestt I have had in a long time. I can't say enough good things about them!!!!

We have rented scooters from Big Orange a number of times while visiting Orlando. The service has been nothing short of top notch, they are responsive and quick to address any issues with the scooters or adjustments to the rental agreement. They have met us at whenever locations best suited our plans, theme park entrances, resort hotel check-in areas or right outside our hotel rooms. We will continue to use Big Orange as long as our experiences continue to be so wonderfully positive.

I rented a Scooter from Big Orange Mobility and they had the best price! I I had no issues with my scooter either! They were so kind to even wait 5 minutes after closing so I could return my scooter.

Appalling service
Took 3 payments out for a scooter they could not provide.
They have told me to dispute this with my card issuer.
DO NOT USE!

This is the third time I have used their services and couldn't be happier. The price, the service and if something should go wrong they will take care if it. Friendly service is a big plus. I will be using them again real soon. Try their service, you wont be dissapointed.

Natalie was awesome and my time in the store was super smooth and I was able to sit on multiple scooters to find the right fit before I left. I wanted to extend my rental agreement and the phone call to do that took no more than a minute and the price was nearly a steal! Great experience!

Rented a scooter for my wife in March 2022. We picked it up. We had to move hotels sonthey came and dropped off for us. She liked so much I bought one. We will still be renting from here on all our visits!
