Jai Gurudev dears It was a sweet moment doing Meditation Immersion with Swami Tulsidas Sunday. It was hard, and maybe little 3to avanced for me, but I kept fighting my mind and especially body, I almost cold sit still, but hat few fall outs. It hardest during main Kriya, but my mind was afterwards more quiet than it have been for a long time. And I believe in time I will have willpower to win, and give the reins to Guruji and God. Who is all I want to please and be with. It was a very positive experience face mind and body. And feel the difference between soul body and mind. The Atma Kriya Immersion with Swami Tulsidas was completely life-changing! I didn't expect it at all, to be how it was, but still, it was really incredible and was everything I needed at this time of my spiritual path. After struggling every day and getting frustrated with my mind not being focused on what I wanted, on Guruji and on my ishtadev, as well as always getting in the way of feeling, not allowing me to feel the love fully, or quickly kicking in whenever I would feel it, I finally have a precious tool, a real solution for it.
