We’ve been with Best Insured since 2019-2020 and Chase and the team never cease to amaze us with their customer service. In 2022, I received an email from Becky that she could switch our insurance policy and save us money however we would have better coverage. Better coverage, less money, and they contacted us. During the ice storm in January 2025, Chase personally stopped by our home to assess the house damage. He made all the arrangements and I didn’t have to do a thing. I’ve been with other insurance agents/companies but I have NEVER had this type of customer service, knowledge, professionalism, and care.
I highly recommend them and have referred many friends and family.

Just relocated Indiana. Best Insured wrote an auto insurance policy for me with triple the coverage of my Florida policy and saved me approximately $800.00 annually. The staff was excellent and a joy to work with. This company does insurance the way insurance should be done. Highly recommend.

Complete review of policy needs to insure we had the correct coverage for home, farm, vehicles and equipment. All pricing included state taxes, local taxes and surcharges so there would be no misunderstandings with our final decision. This is how business should be handled.
