Best Insured has been wonderful to work with so far. I have moved all of my personal insurance to them, and just recently moved all of my business insurance to them as well. They are very responsive to questions and commercial insurance requests, and have even taken the time to check in with us when storms pass through, flooding occurs, etc.

I often send emails late in the evening expecting a reply the next day. Most of the time I get an almost immediate reply, even after hours or on the weekends. I would highly recommend Best Insured and Elizabeth for any insurance needs you might have.
