This was probably the best experience I have ever had changing Auto and Homeowners insurance. Chase and Robin were very efficient to cancel my existing insurance and activate the new policies. They even were able to have my mortgage company pay from escrow the new homeowners policy. In the past, this has always been a pain point where I had to pay and then wait for the mortgage or existing insurance company to reimburse me.
