My husband and I just moved into a rental property which had really dirty carpets. We came from out of state so we didn't have anyone to ask for a recommendation. I called three different companies to get quotes and the guys at Best Carpet Cleaning Experts were the nicest and most honest when giving me a quote. When they arrived they pointed out more stains than i had not seen and explained how they had come from the dogs living here before. They gave me three different options and three different prices on how to get rid of the stains and smell and left it up to me to decide. i really really appreciated their honesty and knowledge and will forever be a best carpet cleaning expert customer! thank you!!

These guys are miracle workers! Me and the hubby decided to buy a fixer upper, so we had to fix/replace so many things. After dealing with all of the other things, and going over our budget, only the carpets were left. The original plan was to replace them, but we had to scrap that idea when we realized how much it would cost. The carpets were disgusting. There were stains everywhere and on top of that, the carpets smelled like a barn. We decided to hire some local carpet cleaners, but they didn’t do much. AMAZING!!!! Our carpet smelled atrocious after a couple accidents from our german shepherd and lab. The smell was honestly unbearable and the 'Best Carpet Cleaning Experts' lived up to their name when they showed up to our door. They were so quick, professional, punctual, and knew exactly how to tackle our issues. The stains are gone. The smell is now intoxicating to be around; it's so fresh. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

We call Best Carpet out to take care of our carpets. They told us everything that needed to be done before the cleaning and explained everything in detail. Very knowledgeable and experienced. They removed all of the stains and did a great job on my carpets. They were on time and very friendly. Their prices were also very good.

I was very pleased with Best Carpet Cleaning Experts. Mark was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained what was needed but he also gave his best recommendation based on the fact that we are renting the house. It was so refreshing to have someone who cared about us and not just pushing the most expensive thing - although it was clear our carpets needed it! Definitely will call again and highly recommend!

We had several pet stains and pet odors in our carpets and called out Best Carpet Cleaning Experts after checking their experience and reviews. They showed up on time, their employees were courteous, gave us a full review of our carpet in the home first and explained everything which surprised me. I never get this type of service from companies ever. They did not try to rip me off on every little thing like others that have been here, but did let me know our tile grout was very dirty. We noted the issues and agreed and I let them go ahead and do the tile as well for an additional fee.

We paid a very reasonable amount compared to the other companies that had already been here previously and couldn't even get the stains or the smell out of our carpets.

I haven't had my carpet done in a long time and I am a believer in these guys. We were moving out of our house and Mark took care to clean all of our bedrooms and our stairs. We have a large dog and there were a few stains which I was amazed he got out. We had the movers out before to move everything before him and his guys got there. I didn't get the teflon for my old home since we were moving out, but I will be calling him back to do the teflon on the carpet of the new home before it gets dirty.

Did I mention they grave me a great deal and had no hidden charges? Yep, I'm a fan.. I reviewed this company from their website and off Google reviews before calling them. He told me he had 32 years experience and was a previous claims adjuster for USAA. I knew I could not go wrong with this company when I chose them.
