I only searched for a few companies and this was the only one I called and they returned my call within the hour. That says a lot about small businesses in San Antonio when in most cases many NEVER return a voicemail/ message. The quote over the phone was seamless and a no obligation to visit us and schedule service was very convenient and accommodating as all this was done a few weeks before Thanksgiving 2017.
Alex called and reminded us he was en route. Alex reviewed everything with my family and the estimate was just in line with the phone quote. The only addition was the enzyme additive which Alex assured me was highly recommended by them and also real estate agents.

Best Carpet Cleaning Experts did a great job in cleaning our carpets & gave us fair deal considering the size of the job. Showed up during the time frame given and was very thorough with his work. The only 2 reasons I didn’t give a 5 star rating was because different areas of the carpet feel stiff and look a bit matted (not the high traffic areas) after drying & while cleaning upstairs and using a spot & pet treatment that was “green” the cleaning smell was extremely strong & overwhelming that I could smell it downstairs within minutes of it being used that I felt I needed to get the kids & I out of the house. The carpets dried fine by next morning. I would recommend them.
