BeachOne Rentals

I loved BeachOne Rentals because they were always so prompt and pleasant with all of my maintenance requests or just any questions in general. They have a great staff! I’ve lived in the Carolina Village area for 2 years and loved every bit of it. I highly recommend!

Doing a good job.

Had a wonderful experience with beach one. Maintenance was very prompt and I enjoyed my stay in my apartment on Poplar Drive.

I feel like the customer service could be better. I have never been late on a payment, paid any fees that I had to and even signed a new lease. And yet, I cannot make payments online. I understand that my first lease stated that after return payments it would be cut off. But with the new lease I feel like I should be able to make the payments online again and I’ve never been late on a payment either. I honestly love the house we’re renting but the way I was told that I couldn’t get my online payments back was not very customer service friendly. I only got a “No, sorry.”

Working with Michael Ruddin from Beachone Rentals to rent out our second home was a pleasure from start to finish! We are out of state but Michael made it so easy. He kept us informed and updated and was quick to answer any questions we had. He is very thorough and no details were overlooked. We look forward to working with him in the future!

Everything went great honestly. Maybe could have communicated a little quicker. Everything else was fine, only complaint about the entire move in process was how clean, or how not clean the new house was. Bathrooms were both filthy in the areas you would not feel like cleaning, but for new tenants moving in during this years COVID19 Scare we were hoping their would be attention to detail when it came to cleaning for a move in. All surfaces not directly visible have a solid layer of dust on them, and the baseboards in the kitchen have food and crud on them.

Other than the cleanliness, the experience was great and we are happy with our new home!
