Where can I start. Bay Tek was awesome from beginning to end. Heath was efficient and clear about the design choices and the condition of our floor. Very informative about when to use epoxy versus polyurea. He tested and measured the concrete, helped us select colors and gave us a quote before he left. I found Bay Tek on Instagram when I needed a coat for my new garage floor. Heath and his partners patiently answered my questions and were very detail oriented and professional. I am believing them that the Pennatek (sp?) coat is better than epoxy because it is certainly more expensive.
