I purchased my 2nd battery from BigTime, (the first was almost 3 years ago) this battery was purchased March 29, and after 2 failures to start I emailed Donald Sweeney with my dilemma, he said no problem and 3 days later I have a new replacement battery. I believe the previous battery was damaged in transit as it had a bent pole and leaked in the box. This one was wrapped very well, no damage and I expect it to last over 3 years.
Thank you Donald, I am pleased as punch with the timely delivery and great customer service.

I have an older Streamlight from the 90's when I was a PO. Last time trying to get a battery was a nightmare.
But this time I found BIGTIME BATTERY!!! First try correct replacement battery was sent. Thank you very much and I will let all the OLD cops know about you at the next FOP meeting I attend.
