I was on a trip to our office in the area and I had a batter die in our backup power supply. They had the battery I needed in stock. So I didn't have to wait 2 days for a replacement to show and make a 4 hour trip back to the office once it showed up. The APC brand batters were almost $100 dollars more expensive too.
