What a pleasure it was dealing with big time battery! I ordered the wrong Harley battery and wound up with a battery with the positive and negative post on the wrong side. I called up right away because I wanted to ride ASAP. I spoke to an English speaking American who told me he'd send out the right one right now, and also a return prepaid ticket. Just awesome customer service!!! Will buy from them again!
