I ordered a battery for my ATV from Big Time, my 5th order from them. I was well pleased with all previous orders.
When I opened the box containing the AGM
battery, I noticed there was a liquid present on the battery case. I took a couple pics of the areas where the liquid was present. I was reasonably sure it was electrolyte from the battery and checked it with baking soda to be sure.
I contacted Big Time and made them aware of the leak. They sent me a replacement battery at no charge to me. Thanks Big Time.
