I've so far had 3 great experiences with the service and products of BigTime Battery & Electronics. I've Purchased 2 Banshee Lithium Batteries and there great and have had no problems to this day and there about a year old now. Installed 1 in a HD touring bike and 1 in a HD Dyna. Was getting ready to order another for an 07 Touring and they said discontinued/out of stock, however the awesome staff of Donny and Amanda replied back to my email very quickly to tell me that they are just waiting for stock to arrive and that there not discontinued. I ordered a battery in 2018, and the price of the battery was the cheapest, including shipping. In 2019, the battery started to malfunction, and I called their toll-free number for help. They helped me by providing a discounted label through their shipping provider, and replaced the battery with no problems.
