We love the BASC Expertise team! Deirdre and her team are always quick to respond and super friendly. I never feel like I am asking a dumb question and they always make sure things are explained in a way that makes sense to me. Kristen manages our account and always gets what we need quickly; and when she needs something from me it is clear and concise what information she needs.
