We transitioned to Barkan from another property management company. The level of service is night and day; to put it mildly. Barkan does exactly what they say they will - period. Bills get paid on time, meetings are held, residents get responses to their requests. I would highly recommend Barkan and their team for any of your property management needs. They are great!
