During a final review of the loan prior to a formal close out, I wanted to provide some important feedback about the Management team at Barkan. Both Dana and Jason were pivotal in getting the discussions to the point they made it to.
Their diligence, communication and timely response with the bank and the condominium board has been stellar.
During the bank credit review process of your loan request; Dana submitted the information we requested along with consistently being pro-active in community updates.
While we understand the credit approval decision was not favorable; the bank received our requested information in our required format in a timely manner.
