This is high praise for CHRISTINA DOWELL Assistant Property Manager VA. For the last 3 years I experienced extremely unprofessional and subpar service from Barkan Mgmt when I requested access to the rooftop. It became the annual stressful event as after many requests the door was never opened and HVAC appointments were rescheduled at additional expense to me. This year when I was connected with Christina to confirm the appointment, she assessed the situation and scheduled the appt with your custodial contractor to ensure door would be unlocked.
