I've been coming here for massages and more recently facials for the last few years and have yet to be disappointed. Dee (Daniel) is so beyond talented in ensuring you are relaxed, comfortable and makes the most of your time, I always leave my massages feeling so refreshed! I see Jen (Jennifer) for facials and oh my gosh this girl is so meant to be a healing person! Her hands are magic, i've never experienced a facial where I see results instantly as well as a massage while my mask is on.

Dee and Jen are truly the reason I keep going back to Banyan & Bamboo. I appreciate how I can show up, know exactly what I am getting for my service and leave satisfied.

Ann is the absolute best! I felt so comfortable with her doing my injections and loved my diamond glow! The staff is just so sweet and you feel so comfortable when you get there. So excited to come back and try all the other great treatments!

Got a the signature facial with Jennifer and it was a wonderful experience. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and worked with my skin type to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process. The space is calm and inviting. They have heated beds and extra blankets if needed. My face felt so refreshed, relaxed and hydrated after the facial. Will definitely be back to try some other services.

Jenn is the best! My facials with her are above and beyond. She excels in personalized care and literally the magic touch - the only person I’ll go to in all of Austin!

In addition, the spa is excellent, comfortable, and inviting. Always so happy to have my wait time with a tea in their zen room.

Jackson is a truly gifted massage therapist with a rare combination of deep intuition, skill, and presence. As a woman with traumatic experiences with men, I give so much importance to safety in a therapeutic relationship, especially when it comes to bodywork. Jackson creates an environment that feels safe, grounded, and attuned to my unique needs. His communication is top tier. I really appreciate how he explains each step of the process to ensure you’re comfortable and informed through the session. His sensitivity to energy is remarkable — it often feels like he knows exactly where to go without you needing to say a word. I’ve never felt more supported or seen in bodywork. Highly recommend to women looking for a healing, respectful, and deeply attuned experience with a male massage therapist.

I booked the Precision Pain Relief Massage with Sulema and WOW — what an experience! From start to finish, every detail was incredible. The mix of warm stones, red light therapy, and reflexology was amazing, but what really took it to the next level was her work on my scalp and arms. The scalp massage was absolutely heavenly — I could feel the tension just melt away — and the arm work was exactly what I didn’t realize I needed. On top of that, the way she focused on the pressure points in my legs brought huge relief to my sciatica. I left feeling completely renewed, relaxed, and ready to hydrate (which is always a great sign after a fantastic massage).
