Steve was awesome! Steve called back the same day we left a message. We explained the toilet was gurgling and things were backing up in the tub and sink. We text Steve pictures of our septic tanks, and he was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Steve was able to schedule us in quickly, and even showed up earlier then anticipated. We appreciate the great service, knowledge, and professionalism. We will definitely use Ball Septic again if/when needed.

Ball Septic was very responsive and came out late in the day to pump our septic tank and unclog our drain line. Steve was very professional and thorough in his work, and solved all of our problems in less than 30 minutes.
