Have used this company 3 times in 10 years. Always on time, reasonably priced and very informative. Couldn’t be better!

Very quick to come out and they were done equally quick with the septic pump. Love it when a company is mindful of the dogs too! A lot more affordable than we expected.

They scheduled me within days, arrived early, and got done quickly. Friendly owner and staff, fair price for the work, and a refrigerator magnet with a reminder for the next pump out date - couldn't ask for more. Good sense of humor too. The side of their pump truck says "We haul milk on the weekends."

I called them to come clean out our septic tank and from the moment they answered the phone to the time the left our house they were very professional and helpful! They were able to come out the same day but we agreed on the following morning. They showed up ahead of time and worked quickly and efficiently and even offered us some helpful advice for the future! Will definitely use them again!

Make this your first call! On January 27, 2021, our septic tank was full and backed up. Bad, right? We live in 'Tween Lakes between Lemon and Vallecito. The roads can be tough in the winter. I called several places and they all said, "No one will go up there in the winter unless the roads are dry". Well not Ball. They said we do. After a brief discussion about the road conditions they said a driver would be up the next day. He showed up, the tank is clear, and I no longer have to be like a bear in the woods.
