We called Ball Septic to empty our tank. To say it was full and needed to be pumped out would be an understatement. Right before they were scheduled to come they had some mechanical problems with their truck. They stayed in communication and kept us in the loop throughout the repairs. Once everything was repaired, they offered to come the next possible moment they could (at 7pm in the dark) because they knew we were having somewhat of a (self-induced) septic emergency. To me, that is going above and beyond. We ended up opting to do it in the morning so we could see better, but offering to come in the dark said a lot about their character. And when they came at 7 the next morning, Daniel was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was outstanding, as was Courtney in the office. Trucks break and snags happen. We have trusted Ball Septic for 25 years. The people who service our septic are knowledgeable. My only bother is that my check for almost $500 didn't get cashed for 2 months. I had forgotten about it by that time
