ball septic was right on time. Even called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. Service was fast efficient and your service tech was extremely friendly and knowledgeable as I did have a couple of questions for him which he answered promptly.

They were very professional, nice, respectful and courteous starting from the nice lady that answered my call to the gentleman that pumped my septic. They charged a very fair fee for driving to Pagosa from Durango Co. And I still paid LESS than had I of went with a septic place from Pagosa! They even gave me a courteous call to let me know they were aprox. 15 minutes out. Thank you Ball Septic!!!!

They showed up on time and worked quickly to assemble the hose for a long distance pump-out. Got the tanks cleaned, then disassembled quickly.

Courteous and punctual, they definitely are not the cheapest but you know what they say: good work isn't cheep and cheep work isn't good. I will definitely call Ball again when I need my septic tank serviced.
