I initially called Arizona Mortgage Group to get information re: refinancing vs cash out refinance .. among a million other things . ….
I can honestly say that I was in a near panic on many levels - when I picked up the phone to get help with my current options regarding my home . ! I first spoke to Ryan Spencer who, by the way , is an absolute Star . Five Stars . He made the entire experience of doing a cash out refinance ( I’m not a literate financial person !) seamless . He walked me through this potentially stressful situation step by step - answered my trillion repetitive questions so patiently . He was 100% receptive to emails, texts , calls and Always responded within an hour or so !!

I have been in contact with Ryan Spencer from a previous mortgage company and he has kept in contact with me through the years and now through AZ Mortgage he still kept in contact with me. I talked about refinancing with him some years back and he was truthful with me about working on clearing up some bills before trying to refinance. I agreed and time passed and I forgot about it. Last year I tried to refinance with another company who gave me the run around thinking the whole time I was approved. The very last minute they told me they couldn't help me. I was devastated to say the least. I gave up. Fast forward to this year and my husband and I talked about trying again. I was against it and told him I would agree to it on one condition, I had to go with my guy or nothing. He laughed and said OK and I said because he has always kept in touch with me, sends me reports on my home...

I have purchased many properties over the last 20 years. Since finding Ryan my last 4 purchases have been the easiest transactions I've ever had. Being self employed is always a challenge for financing. Not with Ryan....I have referred Ryan to many friends and family and they all had the same results! Easy and fast.
