A few days ago, I tried to navigate Autumn Care's poorly constructed website to make my father and I an appointment to meet with Mari at the Karns facility. There was no local phone number, the locations tab listed Pathways memory care as a location, and no information about the staff. I booked an online tour and I received an email from Autumn Care confirming that appointment. The email also said nothing about the fact that the facility was under construction. This should have been my first clue.
Upon arriving there was no signage showing how to enter the building. Finally, a woman sitting in a car told us how to enter through a side porch area. No one greeted us so we walked down a hallway looking for someone who worked there. Finally, a staff member led us to an office to wait. Then we found out that Mari (the Owner) was not even there and apparently claimed...
