Atlas Property Group

My husband and I rented a studio at 345 6th Street and we were more than happy with our choice! Community is new and modern, all utilities are available on site, laundry and dryer room, stunning views from the rooftop with fireplace and sitting area. Thanks to our amazing manager Daniel Rodriguez, move in and out was super easy and comfortable. Proximity to the UCSF Mission Bay Campus and CalTrain station made it easy to commute to work; grocery stores and downtown are also within walking distance. Highly recommend and will definitely consider for my next stay in San Francisco!

Our rental experience with Atlas Property Group at 750 Harrison St San Francisco, and especially the assistance from Daniel Rodriguez during the leasing has been excellent. Daniel was extremely helpful from the initial contact with information, through the virtual tours, explaining the leasing process and providing the information to get set up for moving in. He was always patient and provided good advice. Atlas Property was also flexible with a short-term lease. The property manager, Shawn, has also been helpful. The studio was clean and newly painted at move-in, and the design makes the space look bigger than we expected. The location is really good, with easy access to the MUNI and easy access to the highways if driving. Grocery stores are within a short walking distance. I would recommend this property for rental and especially recommend Daniel for any leasing enquiries with Atlas...

Very thankful to Danny and the maintenance crew at atlas properties! I had an incident where I needed my locks changed and without hesitation, Danny shows up at my home to help me out. Locks and new keys were administered by the end of the day. Quick and hassle free, thanks Danny!

I am a graduate student and Daniel and the Atlas group were SO helpful in helping me set up a furnished, short-term lease with one of their places in SF. Daniel toured the place for me while on Facetime since I was setting this up while out of state. He was SO thorough (showed me laundry, roof, pet areas, amazon boxes, and even outside the building) and answered all of my question with candor. I unfortunately got reassigned for my clinical affiliation so I needed to cancel the lease and I am just so impressed at how helpful everyone was. Definitely recommend working with Daniel and this group!

I was a tenant for a year at 3165 Mission St and had a great time at a 3bd 2ba apartment. The leasing process was to the point and fast, with minimal email exchanges. The property manager, Danny, did a fantastic job managing the property. The property as a whole was surprisingly clean and the units themselves spotless. They have monkeybrains fitted into the apartment, so def us that for your ISP because its fast and cheap. Without request, Danny and Phil fitted our unit with a new washer dryer and new dishwashing machine, which is awesome.

There were three times there were problems, but they were rectified either quickly or with open and regular transparency and follow ups
1. When we had a problem with our hot water, a handyman came within the week to help as well as fix the intercoms in the building. That was a pleasant surprise.

I’m a current tenant of this property. The biggest attraction for me was the pet friendly nature of this property. There is no charge or deposit required for pets at this property.
