Atlas Property Group

My experience with atlas property group has been nothing but amazing! Daniel Rodriguez, the property manager, has been so helpful from the beginning. my roommates and i all moved to san francisco from out of state on short notice, and daniel has been so accommodating and understanding of our situation! Daniel showed me the unit on short notice and then came in on his day off to finalize my lease and even stayed around to help me move all of my belongings in. the unit is very nice and clean and has a washer and dryer, which was a big selling point for us! the rooftop area is beautiful and was another selling point! We love the convenience of the keyless entry and the security of the building, as well!

We lived at 363 6th st for almost 2 years. Very safe and Daniel Rodriguez (the building manager) is always responsible and on top of any and every issue regarding the building, and the units themselves. Great location with access to almost everything. Parking was hard, but once we got the permit it was easier.

Daniel the manager at 363 helped me move in and was extremely helpful! He also helped me buy furniture from someone who was moving out of the building and was extremely professional and accommodating when it came to moving times and dates. Everyone in the building sees him not as just a manager but a friend because he’ll make sure your requests are accommodated and is also friendly and helpful otherwise. Definitely recommend getting a tour and forming a friendship with the dude. You won’t regret it!

I am a new tenant with Atlas and my experience with them so far has been great! Pranisa was extremely responsive, very understanding of my situation, and made sure my process of finding my apartment was seemless. I will update after living at my apartment for a few months - but so far I am excited for what comes next!

This is a review for Pranisa Jacobo (Atlas Property Group) who made the renting process extremely smooth, flexible, and positive. I have been spending the past couple months looking around the city for renting and Pranisa was by far the most genuine and responsive agent I spoke with. She quickly accommodated for MY last minute viewing schedule change. Her enthusiasm made me feel very welcomed and not once did I feel rushed or any sense of distrust. Really felt that she was on our side. Truly impressed. So, Atlas (mostly Pranisa) is a thumbs up in my book.

The facilities are top notch, the view from my sliding glass door to the balcony was beautiful. The building amenities include rooftop community area with firepits and plumbed gas grills. There’s another community room for games.

Mostly though, ease of access with keyless entry, app based rent payment and prompt property management response to any mechanical issues. The building is quite new though, so there were rarely any issues.

I highly recommend you consider these studios, and would still be living there if I hadn’t gotten a better half to share my life with me. It’s better for a single than for a couple.
