The dedication to duty the management team lead by Ms Pranisa Jacobo over at 480 Potrero Ave. are the most tenant tending family focused group I've ever had the pleasure to encounter.

I had the pleasure of living at 480 Potrero for two years and would have stayed if I was not moving out of state.
It was walking distance from at least four different grocery stores, BART, and a ton of bars and restaurants.
Pranisa, the building manager, was very professional and answered all of my questions whenever I had a question about repairs, my lease, and move out. Also, a huuuuge shoutout to the maintenance crew who were always really timely and professional as well.

First time in San Francisco.
And It was a great pleasure and experience for me and my family. being able to live in this place. Everything is good and clean, people is very nice and friendly, very respectful and good manners.
management very professional and prompt service to any issues you may have in the unit, which is really appreciate it.
The complex is very close to downtown San Francisco, government buildings, food stores, places to hang out, like bars, restaurants, coffee shops, the beach and many more amenities.
In the building roof, they have an area where you can have some small gathering with friends or family members. Wonderful view and breeze, very enjoyable and very cozy environment. walking my kids to school or around the neighborhood, it was always nice and secure. Nobody bothering you.
