Extremely dissatisfied!! I've been going to this laser spa for almost a year and recently purchased 6 more months of packages at the Peabody location only to find out that their location permanently closed down!! I've been trying to contact management for weeks for my refund and not a peep! I can't believe they even tried to sell me more packages the last time I was there! I feel scammed and played.
