Excellent service. Marianna was very knowledgeable and accommodating, and services went smoothly. Clean facility and relaxing atmosphere. 10/10 would visit again if up in Boston or in the area

Total scam! Got a Groupon, and the merchant is nowhere to reach. Neither of the phone numbers is working. Left email and online message on webpage. Absolutely no response. Need a refund asap

I am the customer of aspire. I still have one pixel 8 with prp and $200 credits left in my account when the owner was changed. Renew Skin Med Spa didn’t want to gave me any information about the old owner, nor taking care of my account. This is not a professional practice. I wonder if anyone else is in the same boat????

Extremely dissatisfied!! I've been going to this laser spa for almost a year and recently purchased 6 more months of packages at the Peabody location only to find out that their location permanently closed down!! I've been trying to contact management for weeks for my refund and not a peep! I can't believe they even tried to sell me more packages the last time I was there! I feel scammed and played. AND IF MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CONTACT ME AND GIVE ME A REFUND I WILL BE GOING TO LOCAL AT 7 NEWS! I ALREADY HAVE MY EMAIL WRITTEN OUT! 😡

Denise is foremost an excellent nurse and technician. She is incredibly kind and personable - she told me I had great skin, which was such a lovely compliment. Her work is calm and controlled. The results are always superb. If you have a chance, ask for Denise.
