Wasted an hour of my time.
I booked an initial consultation through the website, and I got a confirmation email saying that my appointment was at the Wellesley location, including driving and parking directions. When I got there, the receptionist asked me to fill out a medical history on the tablet, and asked whether I would go ahead with the procedure today after the consultation. I said no I couldn’t do a procedure today but could schedule one for tomorrow. A few minutes later the receptionist told me that they could do my consultation at 3pm; she said that the person doing it wasn’t even there and he usually just does the consultations virtually, and since I told them I wouldn’t be going ahead with the procedure today he took on another patient. I said but my appointment was at 12:30, can’t he just call me here? She said no he was already with another patient.

They bought it from Aspire med spa and use the good rating from the previous business but they do not honor the previous business purchases that patients had. I had ultherapy neck treatment with Bruna three days ago. I filled out a health assessment form but there was no consultation or assessment of the area before the treatment. I informed her it was my first time but she did not explain how the procedure worked, risks, and post-treatment aftercare. She applied the numbing cream and left it on for 20 min, then applied the ultrasound gel and proceeded with the treatment without telling me what to expect. The pain was intense. At one point, we had to take a break because it felt too hot. We finished the treatment and soon after I noticed welts all over my neck along with raised track lines. 72 hours later, some welts remain and the track lines have what looks like small linear scabbing.
