Wasted an hour of my time.
I booked an initial consultation through the website, and I got a confirmation email saying that my appointment was at the Wellesley location, including driving and parking directions. When I got there, the receptionist asked me to fill out a medical history on the tablet, and asked whether I would go ahead with the procedure today after the consultation. I said no I couldn’t do a procedure today but could schedule one for tomorrow. A few minutes later the receptionist told me that they could do my consultation at 3pm; she said that the person doing it wasn’t even there and he usually just does the consultations virtually, and since I told them I wouldn’t be going ahead with the procedure today he took on another patient. I said but my appointment was at 12:30, can’t he just call me here? She said no he was already with another patient.

Don't trust the high rating! This is a NEW business! They bought it from Aspire med spa and use the good rating from the previous business but they do not honor the previous business purchases that patients had.
