Bruna really turned around my experience and made it wonderful! A year ago, I went in and was humiliated by the girl who did my treatment. When I noticed I had missed a spot with my razor, she told me I couldn’t shave it that day because the laser only works if you shaved the day before (which I later learned was a lie). Also, the first girl was very stingy. I didn’t pay for my feet, so she didn’t even laser my ankles! Finally, she avoided the creases in my skin because I am overweight-she didn’t ask me to roll over or readjust my leg-she just passed over the creases. It was all so humiliating I almost didn’t go back. But I’m glad I did because Bruna turned it around! She was kind and generous to me. I hope to have her do my next treatment.

Denise is very knowledgeable and thorough. Great atmosphere. Definitely recommend.
