This place is hands-down the Best Place I’ve ever been to. Very clean, proper & organized. All the staff are really nice & welcoming. Brittani did my lips! She was very gentle. You could tell she is very educated in what she does! She takes her time & makes sure the jobs is done right! She explains everything she is going to do with you before to help take your nerves away. After, she goes over after care & is really good about checking in with you the next day as well! I highly recommend this place to anyone!!

The employee who did my procedure was Laura in Lexington, all the times I've been there she was very kind and always concerned about my well being in the procedure besides being very friendly and making me feel at ease. The receptionists also always clarify my doubts and are very friendly.

I love aspire in Salem never any waiting the staff is awesome very accommodating will look for specials to save you money .Spa is clean and nice very friendly they will make you coffee the way you like and will accommodate your schedule as quickly as possible to get you in I love the spa I go there often

Today I saw Brittani (i chose her based off her wonderful reviews) and she was outstanding! This was my first time doing Botox and i was super nervous but after a very thorough consultation brittani put my mind at ease and i knew i was in good, knowledgeable hands. It’s very obvious how much she enjoys her job and her patience and calm manner were amazing! I will totally be back and can’t reccomend her enough!!! The spa itself is immaculate! She’s worth the 45min ride!
