Absolutely Amazing from Jolene at the front desk to everyone I interact with at the office. Doctor is amazing! The team is amazing and you get great teams from outstanding leadership!! And it shows! Highly recommend !

I have been seen by Dr Reddy for my arthritis for many years. She has always listened to me regarding my condition. Her office has grown as well in what she can offer her patients. I researched Dr Reddy before becoming a new patient and I've learned that all Doctors are not created equal. In fact, my experience is what separates them is not their knowledge or even their "bedside manners" but it's actually the rest of their practice.
I tend to spend more time interacting with their staff than the Doctor themselves. From calling the office (do they answer the phone) to checking in (do they do a little more than just ask you for payment), to sharing info about where prescriptions go, creating a follow up appt where needed etc.
Over the years, I've had a mixed bag of results and so like any other consumer , I want to patronize providers where I have the best possible experience.
Dr Reddy is clearly the owner of the culture of her practice and from the front desk to the back desk, from Ultrasound to Sara who is the Practitioner, they all...
