My client started the business with AR on 12th July and since then we have been in constant touch with AR by either having AM Meetings or Live Chat with AR. AR I would say are proactive communicators. as they respond very efficently. The AMs are always there for any sales concerns. They are punctual about the loaders which helps our store to get better sales.

I’m not at all happy with my store-no sales-despite projections, NIL, repeated product violations, my email inbox gets rammed daily with Amazon IP product policy notifications. Amazon's target rate of violations is 0%. With these violations your store is a “hair's breadth” away from being deactivated. It's not clear if dropshipping is allowed by Amazon. My US store is showing 50% health. My German marketplace is about to be deactivated (because of product violations) and I haven’t even sold one thing!!! They were very punctual about the loaders and they came up with a great and quick solution for any problems I faced with my store or listings. They always proactively communicate with the clients if there is any problem in the system or any other issue. With the help of Armaan I could make business hassle-free and it is because of them I can run my business smoothly and efficiently. If I face any issue or need assistance in the system they are not far away just a call or text is to be done.

SCAM OF ARMAAN RESALES
This is a big scam of business Armaan Resales is doing. They take all the money, store never works, and they will not be reachable starting from initial contact of sales person, account manager and their superiors.

I have been struggling from last 1.2 years with these guys and still no time when they will return my money !! I don't know whether they are going to do that or not.

DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY, IT'S NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN. THEY DON'T KNOW ANY POLICY OF PLATFORM THEY USE.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE FAKE, THE CUSTOMER NEVER RECEIVES THE PRODUCTS.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. From the beginning of this endeavor there has been poor communication, HORRIBLE inventory that constantly gets flagged by Amason as inauthentic, or other sellers accusing us of copyright infringement. Every time we've escalated an issue to Armann, we get the exact same runaround, with zero problems solved. We were inactivated in the EU for Amazon violations and they are still not taken care of as of this date. We are owed thousands of dollars back from Amazon but cannot get our store reactivated 100% because Armann does not supply the support to get our store reactivated and Amazon will not refund the money until they do. So not only are we out our investment, we are out the thousands that Amazon owes us.
