Armaan Resales

We paid £9500 under the promise of getting that £9500 back if we did not return said investment in 12 months.
We have made no profit, in fact we have seen very little return full stop from the store and have put more than just the investment to Armaan into the venture.
We are not even close to being in a position where Armaan are getting our money back to us so please treat this as a warning if you are considering investment.
We have tried to contact Armaan in January, February and now March regarding us getting our money back and have had zero response, despite emailing several different contacts, they have not responded once.
I've no doubt that they will respond to this post to say that people within Armaan are waiting for information from us to make it happen, but we have tried to escalate and an acknowledgement isn't forthcoming.

I bought an online Amazon store from Armaan Resales last year February.
The shop eventually went live on the 15th of April.
When I bought the store they gave me projections of what the store could make, that I later was said that was only estimates. Estimations that were inflated and way off original promised sales.
The projection said that I will break on the money that I invested in the business by month 9 - 10. I am now in month 10 and have made no profit whatsoever and I have not made any money to get close to the investment amount.
Sales were stable the first few months, but refunds started escalating fast after a few weeks. There were more refunds than sales due to products not being delivered.

Avoid at All Cost

Afraid to say I have had a nightmare experience with Armaan Resales.

They are in breach of contract with me as we speak. As per there terms of service they are supposed to deliver within 28 days but haven't.

I paid the agreed fee 6 months ago for 5000 listing for the onBuy platform but they didn't deliver this.

Since September 2022, they promised to deliver the listings instead on two other Marketplaces. Walmart and Wish. But have failed to deliver on any of these.

At the very end of 2022 I had a conversation with there Head of Client Services. We made an agreement that they would be ready to list on the Wish Marketplace by January 2023. Armaan resale is not a company it’s a scam programmed to dupe people of their hard earned money. My journey with armaan resale started September 2021 with Simon giving me my first call, I then started the process and my store went live March 2022. But I can tell you it’s been nightmare with armaan giving me product that keeps violating Amazon and the worst part is the item not reaching the customers and they keep living negative feedback on your store. Our store has been suspended because of the products violation (The list we received from Armaan). One year now and we can not activate the store or get our money back either from Armaan or Amazon. We had no support at all even though we followed all the right prosedures. Very disappointing

We started our journey with Armaan Resales few months back. Our store is gradually growing but Armaan Resales's staff is always there for assistance in very professional manner.
I am sure our business will grow as time goes by , so far very pleased with support when needed.

I enjoying the journey with Armaan resales when it is down to dealing with the Account managers especially Deepak, Mylene and Yasmin. They have been very instrumental in setting us (Shalini and me) up and guiding us throughout the process. Deepak has gone above and beyond his role to ensure we remain compliant and satisfied with the requirements of Amazon as well as understand the intricacies of our own system. The overall experience with the website and downloading data, however, isn't convenient at all, hence the 3 stars. The website is very clunky and takes a while to load.

Absolute scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
They claim they can build and run an amazon store for you and that they guarantee to make your money back or refund you. 13 months later i can say despite all their promises i have not made 1 penny back in profit. Yes there is huge volumes of sales, but there's also HUGE amounts of refunds due to items not arriving and eventually Amazon permanently ban your account. Now they are refusing to help me. I have suspicions about all the 5* reviews that were left for them to be honest.
