Phil Stratton Electric is very professional. Phil came to my home right on time and gave me an estimate for the work to be completed. When his crew of two arrived for the job, they were prepared to complete the job in a timely manner. Upon completion of the job, they explained everything to me regarding the care and upkeep of the new generator. I did find one glitch in my electrical system after the job was done. I found that my garage door opener would fail to work sporadically even though the breaker was not tripping. I contacted Stratton Electric regarding the problem. They sent a man out right away. When I explained the problem to him, he knew exactly what was wrong. The screw holding the wire into the breaker for the garage door opener was loose. He tightened it up and I have never had a problem with it since. This problem was not caused by anything Stratton Electric had done.... Read more >
