Phil came out went through the scope of work to be performed and in what time frame. His techs came out in the time frame that was set in the first meeting . They explained the options and did the job perfectly. They left the jobsite clean. They were very polite and respectful. I love my new generator!! Already had a chance to see how it worked in a power outage about a week ago. The set up was was amazing to watch, everything from the initial visit for the estimate, all the communication, to the final installation was very friendly and professional.
